(II)Terms and Conditions:
1.Customers who upload a photo of themselves collecting a parcel at POPStation with the hashtag, #CollectedatPOPs on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram within the Promotion Period (the "Eligible Customers") will qualify for a chance to take part in a lucky draw (the "Lucky Draw"). "Snap, Share & Win" organised by SingPost.
2.Each uploaded photo with the hashtag entitles Eligible Customers to one chance in the Lucky Draw.
3.SingPost's employees and their immediate family members and any employees and immediate family members of any of SingPost's subsidiaries, sponsors, advertising agencies, and any other professional parties who are involved in organising and promoting shall not be eligible to participate.
Selection of Winners
4.Winners will be selected from the Lucky Draw to be held on 27 November 2017.
5.Each Eligible Customer is only entitled to win one prize per round regardless of the number of times such Eligible Customer takes part in the Lucky Draw.
Conduct of Promotion
6.By participating in this Lucky Draw, all Eligible Customers shall be deemed to have given his or express consent to SingPost using, collecting, retaining and disclosing such Eligible Customer's personal particulars to any person or entity involved in organising, promoting or conducting the Lucky Draw, for the purposes of the Lucky Draw. Each Eligible Participant and/or Winner in the Lucky Draw consents to SingPost disclosing and/or publishing their names, particulars, personal data and pictures/photographs in any manner which SingPost may deem fit for publicity and/or advertising purposes in relation to the Lucky Draw. The Winners shall cooperate with and participate in such publicity activity organised by SingPost without any compensation and in such manner as SingPost may deem fit for purposes in relation to the Lucky Draw. The non-compliance by any Participant or Winner with this Condition shall result in his or her disqualification from the Lucky Draw and/or being entitled to receive any prize.
7.Winners will be notified via email within 5 working days at the end of each contest period. Winners will also be announced on www.mypopstation.com.
8.The prizes are:
$100 shopping vouchers (1 winner weekly)
9.Once contacted by Singpost, the Winners will need to select a preferred POPStation location and provide relevant information within 3 working days for Singpost to arrange for delivery of the prize(s) to the designated locations.
10.All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, credit or any other prizes and other items in part or in whole. SingPost may at its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice replace or substitute any prize with another prize of a similar value; the replacement/substitute prize shall be selected by SingPost.
11.The winner shall accept the prize(s) "as is".
12.SingPost makes no warranties or representations whatsoever as to the quality or fitness for purpose or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to any prize awarded in the promotion. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, SingPost disclaims all warranties (whether express or implied) including but not limited to, warranties that the prizes will meet the Eligible Customers' and/or the Winners' requirements or be fit for a particular purpose. SingPost shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred thereby.
13.All rewards shall be received by the Winners at his/her own risk and cost.
14.Should the Winners be uncontactable by the end of the promotion period, their prizes will be forfeited.
15.Any prize not claimed by 10 December 2017 2359h shall be forfeited without any liability on the part of SingPost to the Winner, and such prize may be donated by SingPost to any charitable organisation(s) of SingPost's choice. Any Winner whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation in lieu or in kind from SingPost.
16.All Winners shall accept the prizes as they are and subject to any terms and conditions which may be attached thereto. SingPost make no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to any prizes awarded in this Promotion. SingPost assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect of any defect or deficiency in any of the prizes.
17.If SingPost subsequently discovers the Winner is in fact not eligible to participate in the Promotion, SingPost may at its discretion forfeit the prize (or reclaim it from the Winner if already redeemed) and award or dispose of the prize in such manner and to such person(s) or organisation(s) as SingPost deems fit.
18.Eligible Customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when they participate in this Promotion. If the Eligible Customers do not agree to these terms and conditions, they shall not be eligible for participation in this Promotion.
19.The decision of SingPost on all matters relating to or in connection with this Promotion (including but not limited to the eligibility of an Eligible Customer, the manner in which rewards are awarded to each Eligible Customer and the conduct of the Promotion) shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. SingPost shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence with any Eligible Customer on any matter concerning the Promotion.
20.SingPost shall not be liable in any way to any Eligible Customer for any loss or damage arising in connection with or as a result of this Promotion, including any act or omission relating to the Eligible Customer's participation in the Promotion, howsoever caused.
21.SingPost may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete or add to these terms and conditions (including but not limited to the eligibility of an Eligible Customer, the conduct of the Promotion and the number of Winners and prizes) and may, in its sole discretion, also withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time without any notice or liability to any Eligible Customer.
22.SingPost will not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), claim or damage that arises from or is caused by the Lucky Draw, any prize except liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). No representations, warranties, terms or conditions that are not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions shall apply to the Lucky Draw or in respect of the prizes, save to the extent that such representations, warranties or terms may not be excluded by law, and all implied warranties are hereby excluded, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the prizes.
23.In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
24.These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
